The Rules: 

• All points are non transferable
• Points earned on a transaction can be used on future orders only!

• Volume discounts or coupons applied to your order will reduce the amount of Etta+Billie Customer Rewards Points awarded.
• Once you have enough points in your account you can redeem for a reward coupon code that can be used on your next order. 
• All points that are redeemed must be from an order that has been paid in full and shipped.
• Gift Certificate purchases are not eligible.
• All returns will reduce your point total (10 points deducted for each dollar value returned).
• If the return is made after your points have been redeemed, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the redeemed coupon.
• E+B Rewards points and E+B Rewards coupons will ONLY be issued in the account holder's name and are non-transferable.
• This is a voluntary program by Etta+Billie and may be discontinued at any time.
